In-Store Pick Up
If you select in-store pick up, we will contact you when your order is ready at The Cycle Hub store you selected. You can order an item for pick up at any location, but if it needs to be transferred between stores, please allow extra time. All online purchases for in-store collection require verification using the email confirmation.

Shipping
The Cycle Hub UAE will only ship orders within the United Arab Emirates. Online orders require up to two business days processing time. (Monday–Friday) Bike shipments often require up to three days to package and then up to three days to arrive. We will do our best to let you know if your order is delayed for any reason.

In order to meet the requirements of the shipping companies and to ensure bike safety, all bicycles are professionally pre-built and test ridden with only minimal assembly required. Prior to riding, you will need to complete a few simple pre-ride technical inspections. You can find some useful links here ( Road & Gravel, Mountain & Active bikes ) Of course our team are always available to help if you need so feel free to call on us. The Cycle Hub is not liable for incorrect final assembly of bicycles and equipment if performed outside of our workshops.
